Refund Policy
Cancellation Terms
A full refund of payment will be made only if a customer cancels service or subscription within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are not guaranteed once this time elapses, and cancellations outside this period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Filing a Refund Claim
Customers holding a right to refund must file an official request through the platform’s carved out refund portal. Attached to the request should be,
Transaction identification number or other proof of purchase.
Cancelation explanation.
Supporting documentation (if necessary such as order confirmation, event details).
Eligibility Criteria
Cancellations are only accepted prior to the commencement of the connected cricket event or service in order to qualify for a refund. After the cricket event or service has started, requests for refunds will no longer be accepted.
Timing for Payment of Refunds
Refund processing is usually complete in 7–10 working days after the refund has been approved. Customers will be notified via email when funds have been paid, and will not be sent the funds until payment is completed. Other delays may happen around banking mechanisms or detail completeness.
Method of Refund
All refunds are issued with reference to all the payment processors those are used in the original payment transactions. Customers should ensure that the account of the credit card or digital wallet which will be used to receive the funds is up and running. We are not allowed to send refunds through other choices.
